Reversal Online Registration
One Stop Medical Center provides procedure-oriented premium medical services with affordable charges. We are able to lower your costs by not charging any facility fees and anesthesia fees, but never sacrifice our quality of service.
Typically, an office procedure is only fractional cost of the same procedure done in a hospital.
|Easy Vasectomy ReversalⓇ||Consultation||Procedure||All Inclusive Cost|
|Edina MN Office||$170 *||$2780||$2950|
|Orlando FL Office|
* We offer the same day consultation on the vasectomy reversal if you live far away from our clinic. But you are encouraged to have the initial consultation first in a different day prior to surgery if you live in the Great Twin Cities area.
These fees are less than charges elsewhere. There are a number of reasons for this:
- Since vasectomy reversal is performed in the office, there are no facility fees.
- Because it is done under local anesthesia, there are no fees for an anesthesiologist.
- We are willing to be competitive by providing the quality service and affordable price in the vasectomy reversal procedure.
We believe strongly that vasectomy is an excellent method of long-term pregnancy prevention, one that prevents unintended pregnancy far more effectively than any other form of contraception. Many men who are considering vasectomy might be discouraged from undergoing a vasectomy were it not for the availability of vasectomy reversal at a price that is within the financial grasp of the average vasectomy candidate. If you are one of the few for whom vasectomy reversal does not succeed, it will be difficult enough, without a $7000-$10,000 bill!
Vasectomy Reversal Payment Policy
To reserve a day for your surgery, a $950.00 non-refundable and non-transferable fee is required. This is credited toward your actual surgery cost. If you cancel or re-schedule for any reason, your $950.00 will not be refunded.
ENTIRE PROCEDURE COST IS DUE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO SURGERY DATE! Everything must be paid 1 week before your surgery. The final payment of $2000 is due 7 days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $950.00 deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your surgery less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date or fail to attend on your scheduled surgery date, you will forfeit the total surgery pre-payment. There will be no refund for services already provided.
A payment plan is not offered by our office, but we accept VISA & MasterCard whom candidates can repay at whatever pace they choose. According to the Federal Tax Code, the expenses of attaining medical treatment to correct a functional impairment (in this case sterility) are tax-deductible once the total medical expenses for the tax year (including what is spent for health insurance) exceeds 7.5% of adjusted gross income. This includes the reversal fee, airfare, mileage expenses at $0.57 per mile, and lodging expenses up to $50 per night, so keep all of your receipts for tax time.
