For the complete information on hemorrhoids, please go to the website hemorrhoidheal.com.

One Stop Medical Center provides procedure-oriented premium medical services with affordable charges. We are able to lower your costs by not charging any facility fees and anesthesia fees, but we never sacrifice our quality of service.

Typically, an office procedure is only a fraction of the cost of what you’d pay for the same procedure done in a hospital.

Our procedure clinic lowers costs for all patients, regardless if they are insured or uninsured. If you have a high deductible or high co-payment, use a health savings account (HSA), or are uninsured, One Stop Medical Center is your ideal choice. For uninsured patients, we offer more discount in addition to our already low office procedure costs.

Discounted Rate Samples of the Self Pay Patients:

Anoscopy $ 180
Excision of thrombosed external hemorrhoid $ 690
Removal of anal tag (multiple) $ 790
Hemorrhoid banding $ 490/treatment
IRC treatment of hemorrhoids $ 490/treatment
Excision of hemorrhoid (external) $ 1150
Anal sphincterotomy for anal fissure $750
Office visit, new patient $ 260-340
Office visit, established patient $ 190-260

*The initial consultation is required. We will charge you for both the office visit and the anoscopy, so your total initial charge will be $440. This is a discounted rate for patients who pay with cash, check or charge card. When we apply for payment to insurance companies, a higher standard rate structure is used.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept HealthPartners, Cigna, Ucare, Medicare, state Medicaid. You can still see Dr. Shu if you are willing to pay an out-of-network expense or use your Health Savings Account (HSA).  We offer the above discounted rates in addition to the already low cost of our office procedures.
