– The Orlando office is Dr. Shu’s main clinic now, more hours are available.
– Dr. Shu personally performs all vasectomy and vasectomy reversal procedures!
– We accept United Health Care and Aetna.
But we currently don’t accept BCBS, FL Blue, Cigna, Medicaid and Medicare.

Vasectomy Cost
$640 promotional price for self-pay vasectomy patients in the Orlando office. When scheduling a vasectomy, the entire $640 promotional price must be prepaid when scheduling.

Vasectomy Reversal Cost
$2990 (all inclusive) for the reversal: $2800 procedure fee plus $190 consultation fee in the Orlando office. A non-refundable deposit of $990 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2000 is due 7 days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $990.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Initial Consultation Fee for the Self Pay Hemorrhoids Patients
$440 prepayment is required for self pay hemorrhoids patients when scheduling the initial consultation.

The clinic closes on Mondays.
