* We offer the same day consultation on hydrocele if you live far away from our clinic. But you are encouraged to have the initial consultation first in a different day prior to surgery if you live in the Great Twin Cities or Orlando areas.
** To reserve a surgery, a $950 non-refundable and non-transferable fee is required. To reserve a consultation, a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable fee is required. The deposit will be credited toward your actual surgery cost.
*** This is a discounted rate for patients who pay with cash, check, or charge card. When we apply for payment to insurance companies, a higher standard rate structure is used. Health insurance often covers hydrocele surgery.
These fees are less than charges elsewhere. There are a number of reasons for this:
- Since Easy Hydrocelectomy™ is performed in the office, there are no facility fees.
- Because it is done under local anesthesia, there are no fees for an anesthesiologist.
- We are willing to be competitive by providing the quality service and affordable price in the hydrocele procedure.
Easy Hydrocelectomy™ Payment Policy
To schedule the initial consultation, a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. To reserve a day for your surgery, a $950.00 non-refundable and non-transferable fee is required. This is credited toward your actual surgery cost. If you cancel or re-schedule for any reason, your $950.00 will not be refunded.
ENTIRE PROCEDURE COST IS DUE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO SURGERY DATE! Everything must be paid 1 week before your surgery. The final payment of $1710 is due 7 days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $950.00 deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your surgery less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date or fail to attend on your scheduled surgery date, you will forfeit the total surgery pre-payment. There will be no refund for services already provided.
