Vasectomy Reversal Cost
$3190 (all inclusive) for the reversal in the Orlando office. A non-refundable deposit of $1180 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2010 is due 7 business days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $1180.00 deposit will not be refunded.

$790 for self-pay vasectomy patients in the Blaine MN office. Please refer to the Vasectomy Payment Policy
Initial Consultation Fee for the Self Pay Hemorrhoids Patients
$440 prepayment is required for self pay hemorrhoids patients when scheduling the initial consultation.
