Important Notice: Neither of our clinics accepts any medical insurance plans. However, if you have insurance and wish to seek reimbursement for your medical expenses, we’d be happy to provide an itemized billing statement once your care is completed.

Vasectomy Cost
$690 promotional price for self-pay vasectomy patients in the Orlando office. When scheduling a vasectomy, the entire $690 promotional price must be prepaid when scheduling.

Vasectomy Reversal Cost
$2990 (all inclusive) for the reversal: $2800 procedure fee plus $190 consultation fee in the Orlando office. A non-refundable deposit of $990 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2000 is due 7 days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $990.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Initial Consultation Fee for the Self Pay Hemorrhoids Patients
$440 prepayment is required for self pay hemorrhoids patients when scheduling the initial consultation.
