Vasectomy Reversal Cost
$3190 (all inclusive) for the reversal: $3000 procedure fee plus $190 consultation fee in the Orlando office. A non-refundable deposit of $990 is required when scheduling the vasectomy reversal procedure and the final payment of $2200 is due 7 business days prior to the procedure, if it is unpaid, you will be removed from the schedule and your $990.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Vasectomy Cost
$790 for self-pay vasectomy patients in the Blaine MN office. Please refer to the Vasectomy Payment Policy

Initial Consultation Fee for the Self Pay Hemorrhoids Patients
$440 prepayment is required for self pay hemorrhoids patients when scheduling the initial consultation.

Clinic Reception Hours (Central Time): 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Tuesday – Friday.
The clinic closes on Mondays.
