Important Notice: Blue Cross & Blue Shield (BCBS) is the only insurance plan we accept at this time. This will remain in effect through December 31, 2025. Beginning January 1, 2026, we will discontinue accepting all insurance plans.

Case 1

Mr. A was diagnosed to have grade 2 internal hemorrhoids. He paid $420 for the initial consultation ($250 for the office visit and $170 for anoscopy), and $1800 for four treatments with banding and infrared coagulation($450 per treatment, some patients need 3 treatments only). The total hemorrhoid care for Mr. A is $2220 (max).

Case 2

Mrs. B was diagnosed to have grade 2 internal hemorrhoids and two anal tags. She paid $420 for the initial consultation ($250 for the office visit and $170 for anoscopy), $1800 for four treatments with banding and infrared coagulation ($450 per treatment, some patients needs 3 treatments only), and $720 for removal of anal tags. The total hemorrhoid care for Mrs. B is $2940 (Max).

Case 3

Ms. C was diagnosed to have the grade 2 internal hemorrhoids and two large external hemorrhoids. She paid $420 for the initial consultation ($250 for the office visit and $170 for anoscopy), $1800 for four treatments with banding and infrared coagulation ($450 per treatment, some patients needs 3 treatments only), and $1050 for removal of external hemorrhoids. The total hemorrhoid care for Ms. C is $3270 (max).

Case 4

* This is a discounted rate for the self-pay patients who pay with cash, check, or charge card. When we apply for payment to insurance companies, a higher standard rate structure is used.
